rehabilitative assessments, expertise and support following serious accident or
illness.
Your case manager will visit you at the earliest opportunity following
the injury and take time to understand you and your family. Together, we will
create short and long term rehabilitation goals to enable you to return to optimum
health as quickly as possible. Rest assured that your case manager is working
on your behalf with your physical and mental health as our priority.

Health accepts both single or joint instruction of multi-track and catastrophic
cases. Our Immediate Needs Assessment (INA) takes into account the Serious
Injury Guide and the revised Rehabilitation Code.
Kinetic Health's Case Managers are experts at navigating the NHS and
private health sectors. We have strong links with treating clinicians and a
large referral network of treating health care professionals. We can therefore
ensure that the most appropriate and best care is available for injured

The Case Manager that carries out the original INA will implement all
rehabilitation plans upon approval. This provides reassurance and continuity
for the rehabilitation client and their loved ones. All stakeholders will be
updated regularly and simultaneously to ensure the joint nature of the
Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide are maintained.
